Looking for a dynamic, hands-on engineer who is well-versed in application workflow implementation on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
In this role, you will be working on designing and developing a full workflow that includes Authentication, Orchestration of Crunch Mediaworks products on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
In this role you will have the opportunity to see your own products deployed by Tier-1 customers. Key Requirements
An advanced degree in computer science or similar.
5+ years of development experience in a cloud production environment using languages such as GO, Python and JAVA.
You must be a creative, critical thinker and solve problems at the highest quality bar level.
Strong communication skills verbally and in writing. Must be good at writing design specifications and cloud architecture for the workflow.
Very passionate about what you do and everything you do.
Experience and working knowledge of IAM, IDCS for Oracle cloud, Oracle cloud functions, Oracle API Gateway, Oracle Object Storage and Kubernetes framework on Oracle cloud is a must.
Must have an in-depth knowledge of Kubernetes framework such as clusters/kubectl/kubelet/Scheduler/Node/Nodepool and Networking flow in K8s.
Direct experience with enabling autoscaling on the K8s using Oracle provided metrics.
Direct experience on integrating frontend features with services deployed on the backend.
Experience with following services is highly desirable:
Web Servers: Apache, NGINX Databases: NoSQL on Oracle Source Control: GIT/Bitbucket Containerization services: Docker API flow: REST API method Virtualization: hypervisor, KVM Deployment tools: Terraform CDN: Cloudflare Job Responsibilities:
Better judgment on deciding the right Oracle provided services to map the workflow of Crunch products on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Integration of frontend and backend using REST API's based communication flow.
Willing to work and thrive in a fast paced environment strictly following the SDLC with high emphasis on putting quality code to production.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting the issues and providing the right solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to communicate the ideas and solutions..
Documentation of engineering activities on a regular basis. What You Bring to the Table:
You must be well organized to prioritize tasks at hand focusing on prompt and timely delivery.
Not afraid to take development challenges and eager to learn new things to improve on the cloud workflows.
Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience on implementing complex workflows on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Must have an in-depth understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is a must.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with distributed cloud compute using modern open source libraries.
Good working knowledge of microservices architecture.
Must be good at programming on GO or Python languages on a linux environment.
Use of project management tools like Agile and JIRA.
MS or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering.
