Qualifications:

• Develop/modify email templates and existing campaigns.
• Apply the best practices in email development, email compliance regulations, and accessibility.
• Set up and test complex email campaigns with dynamic content.
• Ensure identical rendering across browsers, ESPs, and devices.
• Troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and other performance issues.
• Proactively work with teammates to improve processes and work methods for greater efficiency.

Specific Qualifications:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Ampscript with the ability to troubleshoot existing problems written by other developers.
• Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation technology with exposure to journey builder & automation studio.
• Prior experience with audience creation and segmentation.
