ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our team in Hanover, MD . In this role you will be working as a cloud Engineer utilizing cloud computing platforms and developing full stack web application interfacing with AWS services. The team delivers enterprise infrastructure capabilities for a global workforce performing a wide range of missions in defense of our Nation. This effort is the contract vehicle for the Enterprise Infrastructure Services organization overseeing MPO's Enterprise Information Technology (EIT). EIT is MPO's backbone- platform for all Enterprise users. Data Center & Compute Services is the EIS enabling organization working with customers, Integrated Product Teams (IPT), and vendors to deliver select EIT.

The projected compensation range for this position is $162,600.00-$289,500.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In this role you will be working as a cloud Engineer utilizing cloud computing platforms and developing full stack web application interfacing with AWS services. Responsibilities Included but are not limited to:
- Responsible for building new and improving existing CI/CD pipelines.
- Responsible for performing operations on end-user virtual machine provisioning/de-provisioning (VMWARE, and Amazon AWS platforms) supporting the automation of Active Directory security group manipulations.
- Will perform daily development using .Net framework with C#, Python, MSSQL and minor system administrative duties on Windows and Linux platforms.
- Responsible for creating collection object cleanup routine within an Angular/Node JS application to simulate a hierarchical cascade delete process for a dynamic MongoDB system.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Shall have a minimum of sixteen (16) years' experience programming with at least one (1) object oriented language
- Experience with ansible, Python, Angular and Django
- 5 years functional experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
- 2 years' experience working within the Linux desktop environment and bash shell
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluent with git and GitLab, both in commonplace software development processes (branches, merge, reviews, issues, code reviews)
- Use open-source technologies and tools to accomplish specific use cases encountered within the project such as GitLab, AWS Web Services, and Visual Studio
- Performs daily development duties using .Net framework with C#, Python, MSSQL and minor system administrative duties on Windows and Linux platforms
- Experience refactored code by identifying bottlenecks to optimize code blocks through method timing.
- Experience Implementing quality control procedures for team products to reduce redundancy and enhance efficiency
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph.
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate must be able to move, carry and deliver workstations from inside the office to customer's desk.
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Must communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
