CLOUD ENGINEER / ARCHITECT

Seeking Full Time Cloud Engineer / Architect

Duties will include setting up Landing Zones for Oracle Cloud in SCCA environment.

Qualifications:

Have an active Top Secret Clearance (No Poly required)

Have ONE OF the below Certifications

• OCI Architect Professional Certification
  • (OCI = Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Azure Solution Architect Certification

An Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2024 Certified Architect Professional has

Demonstrated the hands-on experience and knowledge required to plan, design, implement, and operate solutions on ONE of the below

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• AWS or
• Azure

The abilities validated by the OCI Architect Professional certification include the below. The AWS & Azure abilities are similar:

• Design Scalable and elastic Resilient solutions for High Availability and Disaster Recovery;
• Design Cloud-Native, Microservices, and Serverless Architecture;
• Deliver infrastructure as a code;
• Design, implement, and operate Oracle Database Services;
• Design for hybrid and multi-cloud architectures;
• Migrate workloads, Databases, and Data to OCI;
• Up-to-date training and field experience are recommended.

Telework: 95-100%

May need to attend in person meetings occasionally, but most, if not all, are usually via virtual - Skype, Zoom, etc.

Contract Period of Performance:

• This is a 4 to 5 year contract.
• The first year of the contract begins January 2025.
