We're looking for a Cloud Security Analyst who thrives on reducing risk and strengthening cloud security controls. What You'll Be Doing:

Cloud Security Mastermind: Guide our cloud teams to ensure that cloud services, APIs, and log payloads are rock solid and compliant with best practices and organizational policies. You'll collaborate closely with cloud engineering teams to develop security baselines and optimize cloud security monitoring processes.

Incident Response Pro: When a security incident happens (because let's face it, they do!), you'll be on the front lines, analyzing threats and ensuring a swift response. You'll work with advanced tools like SIEM, Threat Intelligence, and more to detect and address cyber threats.

Continuous Improvement Enthusiast: We're always looking to get better. You'll actively seek feedback from your colleagues and help implement security process improvements to keep us ahead of the curve.

What You Need to Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience working on security projects related to government and regulatory requirements (think FIPS, FEDRAMP, FISMA, NIST, etc.)
  • 1+ year in a cloud environment (AWS preferred!)
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS security tools (GuardDuty, Security Hub, Inspector, IAM, etc.)
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps, automated security tools, and shift-left security principles
  • Experience implementing MFA, Identity Risk Policies, and CloudFormation/Terraform in a cloud environment
  • AWS, CCSP, CISSP certifications are a huge plus!

Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Penetration testing skills (web apps, internal/external networks)
  • Experience with cloud penetration testing methodologies
  • Technical certifications like OSCP or OSWE

Schedule: 2 days per week in the office and up to 3 days telework

Compensation: The typical starting salary would be between $97,359.00- $114,500.00, based on qualifications and experience as it relates to our requirements. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary employee bonus plan based on company metric performance as well as a full suite of benefits, listed below.
