CNO Test Engineer III

Clear Ridge is looking for a very specialized skill set: Computer Network Operations (CNO) Test Engineers. The right candidate will be focused on the development of new tools and capabilities. Work will be done either at a contractor facility while supporting the end customer, or directly in the customer facility. The selected candidate(s) will be on a team of around 40 researchers, developers and testers that will help produce and refine capabilities, as well as resolve issues in existing tools. The candidate will develop and maintain low-level applications and operating system projects related to software protection and host-based personal security tools.

Required Skills:
Responsible for performance and operational testing of solutions.
Devise operational scenarios, performance tests, and support operations.
Knowledge of network devices and intrusion detection systems.
Experience with network traffic generators and test equipment.
Understanding and domain knowledge of operations and tools.
Collaborate with development teams, operators, and leadership to ensure requirements are satisfied.

Minimum Qualifications:
TS/SCI or higher clearance with Poly

$132,000 - $192,000 / year

Salary ranges provided are subject to the following variables and circumstances, which may impact whether the actual paid salary falls within the range:

• The contract the employee is assigned to support. For example, this advertised position may support multiple contracts.
• The negotiated rates between CRD and our client.
• The option year of the contract the employee is assigned to.
• Annual performance of the employee and/or the company.
• If the employee takes on additional company responsibilities.
• If the company makes a strategic hiring decision (e.g., investment in the employee) for growth opportunities.
• If the employee does not meet the qualifications fully but a waiver is provided by CRD or our clients.
• If the employee is assigned a lower-level labor category due to external circumstances than they actually qualify for.
