Job Title: Cath Lab Registered Nurse
Job Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Full-time, 4x10-hour shifts per week, with rotating evening/weekend call
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of RN Cath Lab/EP experience
License: Current RN license, Compact RN License, or eligibility to obtain
Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS issued by the American Heart Association
Must-Have: Flu vaccine required - no exemptions
Job Description:
- Seeking a Cath Lab Nurse experienced in circulating and providing patient care pre and post-procedure.
- Work in a smaller hospital setting with a unique opportunity to experience the summer in the Colorado Rockies.
- Participate in an established and rapidly growing hybrid Cath Lab equipped with advanced technologies.
- The Cath Lab RN is responsible for planning and coordinating the delivery of quality nursing care for patients.
- Utilize the ANA Standards of Nursing Practice during pre, intra, and post care for patients undergoing cardiac procedures in the Cath Lab.
- Vascular and/or CVOR experience is a plus.
- Schedule requires a 30-minute callback radius with rotating evening/weekend call.
- Holiday coverage is required.
- EMR system used is Meditech.
