Leidos is actively hiring for a Collections Manager to join our team at MacDill AFB, FL.
This position is at U.S. Marine Corps Forces Central Command on MacDill AFB, FL working for G2. The MARCENT Collections Management Analyst is responsible for the supervision and direction of the G2 Collections Requirements Section in the MARCENT G2. Specific duties include, but are not limited to, overseeing and ensuring that all Collection Requirements (CR's) and Requests For Information (RFI's) are reviewed, validated and forwarded to qualified agencies able to answer the requirement and retrieve a viable answer in an expedient manner.

Pay Range: Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00

Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor, validate and forward MARCENT and deployed units' Collection Requirements (CR) and Requests For Information (RFI) to Theater, CENTCOM and national agencies.
- Review, assign, track and ensure completion of section tasks from internal and external sources.
- Liaison with all pertinent higher, adjacent, and subordinate commands and other requirements sections within the theater.
- Advocate for service component collection requirements in national, theater and JTF collection forums.
- Recommend the allocation and tasking of national, theater, JTF, and other component collection assets for Marine requirements.
- Represent MARCENT equities to CENTCOM by preparing and presenting command briefings at CENTCOM theater collection meetings and relay pertinent information back to MARCENT command personnel.
- Organize and present collection briefings and recommendations to key officials.
- Synchronize staff actions across staff sections.
- Render support to client as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- Possess the ability to work with limited to no supervision.
- Possess knowledge of Marine Corps operations, policies and procedures.
- Ability to articulate in verbal and written form at an executive level.
- Possess Collection Manager training and ability to fulfill the duties of a collection manager.
- Be proficient with COUGAR collection database.
- Be proficient with Generated Requirement Order of Tasking (GROOT) Prioritization tool.
- Be proficient in CRATE collection database.
- Be proficient with COLISEUM requirement manager system.
- Be proficient with GETS collection repository.
- Be proficient with UNICORN collection repository.
- Be proficient with RTM message system.
- Be proficient with MS Office and Sharepoint programs.
- Be proficient with Tasker Management Tool (TMT).
- Be proficient with MCATS administration system.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with CENTCOM collection processes, configuration and personnel
- 10+ years of experience with tracking and managing RFIs to completion.
