Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, nurturing care for the infant, including feeding, diapering, bathing, and establishing safe sleep routines.
- Create a stimulating, secure, and loving environment that supports the baby's developmental milestones.
- Engage in age-appropriate play and activities to foster learning and development.
- Maintain open and consistent communication with the parents regarding daily routines, progress, and any concerns.
- Ensure the baby's environment remains clean and well-organized.
- Assist with light household tasks directly related to the care of the infant as needed.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred (ideally in Education or a related field).
- Proven experience in infant care with a deep understanding of early childhood development.
- Warm, patient, and caring personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative environment and following the guidance of the family.
- Open to relocation; candidates from outside the area are encouraged to apply.
- Available for a full-time schedule (Wednesday through Sunday).
- Must be willing to travel months a time.
- Competitive full-time salary ranging from $100k to $140k (with benefits).
