ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Combustible Portfolio Lead, your role will be to support the Manager Combustibles in the planning, development and execution roll out of portfolio/category strategies that positively affect RBH business. Role requires working closely with Commercial teams, Operations, Distribution, Legal, EA and Finance to manage (plan and execute) portfolio initiatives in addition to key projects for timely execution.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
Support the development and execution of annual portfolio plans for the category(s) which reflect the overall strategy and major business building opportunities in order to meet current and forecasted demand and permit consumer movement within the PMI CC and SFP portfolio offerings.
Manage tactical initiatives within Commercial Projects including new product launches, brand programming (working with internal KA and CP teams) and special projects impacting the CC portfolio.
Support management of 3rd Party Supplier relationships - products, portfolio assets, pricing, contract management...
Support Operations Department with production planning, product optimization strategies and SKU rationalization initiatives for increase efficiencies (including portfolio team initiatives and/or regulation based initiatives)
Develop expertise on the key product/category regulations to ensure that portfolio strategies are maximized within the limitations of a restrictive legislative environment.
Develop deep consumer insights and competitor knowledge by leveraging data analytics and consumer/trade intelligence, to support volume/financial projection calculations and to ensure PMI portfolio meets consumer demands

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- University degree and/or College Diploma
- Previous experience in Marketing/Trade Marketing, and understanding of field sales an asset
- Project management, analytical understanding, strategic thinking, ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
