Command Desk Support, Reporting, and Data Analytics - Manager

Here is the Role: The Command Desk Support, Reporting, and Data Analytics-Manager works with the client accounting team to analyze and develop reports, create, and maintain databases, and lead efforts to maintain SharePoint content. This role also provides expertise through the Command Desk Support. Experience with GFEBS is a must!

Your Responsibilities:

• Communicating internally with clients about project status.
• Maintaining strong client relationships.
• Runs standardized reports on various systems (GFEBS, ADVANA, PowerBI).
• Maintains quality standards.
• Utilizes various systems for analysis and visualization (Tableau, Excel, Access, PowerBI).
• Pulls reports from various systems to answer Ad Hoc requests from clients.
• Analyzes data to understand client needs and provide valuable insights.
• Coordinates data calls with team lead and clients as needed.
• Attends/participates/takes notes in various meetings (Client Reviews, Client requirement meetings, Calls with customers, and Internal calls).
• Updating SharePoint with version updates and upgrades.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience you need:

• 3-5 years of experience in IT required.
• 3-5 years of experience Expertise in SQL Server, Power BI, PowerShell, and Office 365.
• 3-5+ years of experience with GFEBS and GFEBS Reporting.
• Experience managing contract support resources.
• Be liaison between business and client.
• Plan and lead tasks and processes.
• Design and develop work products for client needs.
• Identify, analyze, and develop recommendations for client concerns.
• Collaboration with client personnel in work projects.
• Strong proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Suite tools.
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications.
• Performs well in a fast-paced, high intensity work environment.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Analytical Thinker.
• Flexible to perform other tasks as assigned.

Travel Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel up to 10-15% nationally and internationally for client business as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Work is performed in hybrid/remote office environment and requires operating standard office equipment and keyboards.
• Must be able to lift small packages or other items up to 20lbs and travel short or long distances in a car, airplane, or other vehicle of transportation to client destinations nationally and internationally if needed.

Extra Credit if you have:

• 4-year degree in IT or related field preferred.
