Command Key Leader Engagements (KLEs) Support

Position Overview

RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a Command Key Leader Engagement Support Planner in Tampa, Florida, in support of the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain and continually update a calendar of all Top 5 Command engagements and events made visible to all USSOCOM HQ personnel.
• Review and update the USSOCOM Command Calendar as well as monitor the individual calendars of the Top 5 in order to identify relevant KLEs and changes to existing KLEs and add or update relevant KLEs discovered through other sources.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in a science related field of study. Preferably in Political Affairs, Political Science, or another related field.
• Minimum three (3) years' experience in strategic communications/ engagements as a planner including at least one year of experience working as part of a leadership team.
• Minimum Fifteen (15) years' experience working with Special Operations Forces (uniform or civilian), or other military or defense entities.
• Demonstrated skills and knowledge in planning and execution of strategic level engagements, collaborating and synchronizing efforts with internal staff offices, interagency, and joint entities.
• Strategic and creative thinking when identifying and planning strategic engagement opportunities will enhance the objectives of the organization while addressing Command priorities.
• Active TOP SECRET/SCI clearance is required for this position.
