Commander's Action Group (CAG)

Overview

Tecolote is hiring a Senior Program Analyst with a minimum Secret Clearance to support the Space Systems Command, Assured Access to Space organization. The candidate will directly support the Assured Access to Space PEO Action Group/Commanders Action Group (PAG/CAG) in tracking and responding to internal and external Space Force taskings and developing integrated products for the Assured Access to Space organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze incoming taskings/requests for information with a critical mindset to determine the appropriate product and information required for response.
• Track action items using the governments Task Management Tool (TMT) and other applicable software and database tools (e.g., JIRA, Excel, Adobe Acrobat).
• Develop briefings, draft bullet background papers, and create staff packages for senior leadership coordination and approval.
• Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00/Year, DOE

Skills Required

• Minimum of 10 years of operational and/or staff experience in the DoD/Space Force environment.
• Proficient in the use of M/S office applications, i.e., M/S Outlook, MS Teams, Zoom.gov, Task Management Tool (TMT), Project, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as quantitative analytical skills.
• Applicant must be able to work in a team environment.
• Program management experience, strategic planning experience, or senior-level government office experience working in a CAG-like environment is desirable.
• Working knowledge of the DoD protocol, acquisition, operational, and project management processes and policies.
• Active Secret Clearance
• US Citizenship required

Education

Bachelors degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
