Job Summary: The Commercial Account Advisor (CAA) generates sales with new partners by creating efficiencies for our customer base through innovative industry solutions and obsessive customer support. The goal of the CAA is to hunt down and create new relationship opportunities by extracting information to see how to provide value and offer our full suite of products and services.
This entails utilizing a consultative sales approach by using extensive growing experience to solve unique issues each client faces. By drawing on our deep understanding of the industry and our clients' specific needs, we can provide tailored solutions that address their unique challenges with efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Manages, develops, and grows a client relationship by exhibiting a thorough knowledge of the industry, the customer's business needs and product capabilities.
- Identifies potential new customers through various channels, prepares sales materials and arranges meetings to introduce the company and its products.
- Keeps customers informed of market trends and associated product offerings as well as new solutions.
- Serves as a profitability resource to customers by suggesting ways to increase profitability and efficiency through using the proper solutions.
- Responds, submits and processes requests quickly ensuring customers receive the products or services they require in the time needed.
- Provides effective follow-up contact with customers. Assesses the customer's satisfaction with the product and service provided. Works with internal departments and external vendors to resolve customer issues promptly as well as preventing issues from happening in the future.
- Participates in ongoing training and workshops and attends networking events to develop and maintain an understanding of industry trends, product knowledge, and network.
- Prepares reports and provides feedback in support of sales initiatives to management, marketing departments and the customer themselves.
- Obsesses over quality of the long-term customer experience and relationship.
- Drives overall sales and margins by exceeding sales targets regularly, capturing the complete wallet share of client, and pushing them towards preferred brands and solutions.
- Fully develops each lead and customer by having a robust understanding of their business foot print, business model, business needs, influence in their geography as well as pricing and services offered by competition.
- Drives new leads and opportunities through positive interactions and deep relationships with clients and vendors.
Key Performance Indicators
- Meets or exceeds KPI's set for sales, new and existing customer acquisition, customer retention and growth.
- Works independent of supervision.
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure an excellent customer experience and positive team cooperation.
- Convert and pushes brands and solutions favorable to Elevated Equipment Supply.

- Strong customer service mentality is essential. Ability to learn and apply diverse customer, vendor, or third-party requirements.
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of products and make recommendations.
- Ability to develop positive relationships with customers.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments, ensuring smooth order processing and superior customer service.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards in sales practices and representing the company professionally.
- Ability to use POS and CRM systems in an efficient manner.
- Excellent general computer skills. (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, etc.)
- Multi language speaker is a PLUS.
