The Commercial Capability Manager will drive the strategic roadmap and development of commercial capabilities within the U.S. organization. This position will build, design and implement comprehensive capability (training) programs that enhance the skills and competencies of our sales teams, corporate partners and 3rd parties. By doing so, they will enable our company to achieve its commercial objectives, foster business growth, and gain a competitive edge in the marketplace.

Your 'day to day':
- Build and accelerate internal and external capability of Commercial Teams to conduct high standard consumer engagements across all touchpoints and platforms, and drive consumer centricity.
- Oversee and manage the development and deployment of all training materials, facilitation logistics and training execution
- Develop partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders to gather content
- Manage US learning solutions and requirements for future builds for the company's commercial sales teams
- Track & measure impact of programs (deployment, engagement and effectiveness) and monitor development of employees, sharing data with Global CCD community
- Work closely with creative design and copywriting teams to enhance content delivery and ensure consistent, on-brand messaging
- Support business performance through exceptional delivery, consumption and adoption of content, driving high quality engagement by employees and 3rd parties with consumers.
- Maintain a vendor and certified trainer pool for training deployment and development based on global guidance
- Support budgetary requirements and contribute to the development and implementation of plans and effective management practices to maintain a cost-effective strategy
Who we're looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably with CPG experience
- Deep Learning and Development experience in a large matrix-style organization, with proven ability to build L&D function, foundation, and framework with a consumer centric mindset
- Knowledge of multiple market dynamics, and ability to easily work within legislative framework
- Ability to manage highly ambiguous environment
- Ability to deal with high-pressure environments, able to problem-solve and manage conflicts
- Business acumen with strong numerical agility, strategic vision, analytical mindset, and efficiency driven approach
- Bachelor's Degree
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S
- Travel expected
Annual Base Salary Range: $138,800 - $185,000
