About the Role

Essity Professional Hygiene is looking for an experienced Commercial Change and Sales Enablement Manager who will help lead the application of a change enablement framework that drives transformation and continuous application of desired commercial operating model(s) across a region.

The ideal candidate should/could live in Philadelphia, PA.

What You Will Do :

  • Secure and maintain full understanding of desired business unit (BU) commercial operating model
  • Secure and maintain full understanding of required regional commercial business scenarios needed
  • Be an advocate for change to best practices within the region
  • Lead regional change assessment workshops and identify risks and barriers to execution
  • Collaboratively define and drive delivery of risk and barrier mitigation plan
  • Work closely with sales leads across the region to secure desired ways of working with Sales


Who You Are
  • 7+ year's experience and proven credibility within commercial arena, either working in or very closely with Sales
  • Demonstrated high degree of commercial experience and knowledge
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Strong ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams and workgroups
  • Demonstrated awareness and understanding of change management principles
  • Demonstrated problem solving attitude and skills
  • Strong focus on execution and results
