Commercial Construction Project Manager

DeLeers Construction is growing our Project Management Team. Our commercial business is expanding and we are looking for a Project Manager who has experience working on light commercial building projects (office space, religious buildings, etc). Project Managers at DeLeers are responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating a wide variety of construction projects including the building high end residential homes and light commercial buildings. The PM will provide management oversight for all phases of the construction project including coordinating our trade partners, materials, equipment, ensuring specifications/codes are being met, and all safety requirements are being followed. The Project Manager is responsible for the quality of the work and keeping the project on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of Project Management experience specifically with commercial construction projects. A degree in Carpentry or Project Management or equivalent experience is required.
