Pay Range: $75,000-$95,000

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial HVAC Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for reviewing construction drawings, creating bill of materials, producing duct takeoffs, and facilitating the fabrication of Sheetmetal fittings. This individual will work closely with sales, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure competitive pricing, accurate estimates, and timely delivery of submittal packages & bids.

What You Will Do
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key commercial clients, ensuring an understanding of their evolving needs and business goals.
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend tailored HVAC solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and fostering customer satisfaction.
- Design HVAC systems that meet the specific requirements of each commercial project, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
- Create and present comprehensive design-build proposals, including detailed cost estimates, timelines, and project specifications.
- Partner with project team to ensure the technical and practical feasibility of proposals, guaranteeing accuracy and viability.
- Identify new business prospects and drive lead generation through networking, referrals, and market research efforts.
- Promote and secure preventive maintenance (PM) contracts with both new and existing clients, driving recurring revenue.
- Skillfully negotiate and close sales contracts while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure prompt, accurate quotes for projects and equipment, while meeting customer expectations.
- Provide expert technical support to the service department as needed, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer communication.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, customer expectations, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on precise quotes for HVAC projects and unitary equipment to secure new business.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to offer cutting-edge HVAC solutions.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and training sessions to enhance skills and keep up with industry advancements.

What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC sales, with a strong background in commercial HVAC systems and design-build projects.
- Extensive experience working with a variety of commercial HVAC applications, including system design, installation, and preventive maintenance solutions.
- Solid understanding of the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in commercial HVAC systems, ensuring customers receive cutting-edge solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and design principles.
- Proven track record of successful sales and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong, lasting client relationships that lead to repeat business and long-term service contracts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and quality HVAC solutions.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills, with a focus on efficiency and precision.
- Proficient in Service Titan software and Microsoft Office Suite.
