Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Commercial Lines Manager to their Knauf Maxwell team in Los Angeles Metro Region.
Job Summary:
This Commercial Lines Manager is the manager between the CL Dept. and insurance agency and the existing CL client base in managing daily affairs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the position is responsible for the monitoring of all aspects of the CL Dept. as it pertains to the insurance client and the day-to-day activities of the CL Dept. You will have a team of CL Account Managers and help facilitate the servicing of various books. Additionally, you will manage your own small book of business.

Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to performance, location, and experience. The range listed is just one component of FRP's total compensation package for employees.
Pay Transparency Range
$125,000-$140,000 USD

Essential Functions:
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, carriers & wholesalers
- Consult on the most effective coverage for a particular need
- Manage customer service by responding swiftly to inquiries and concerns from clients
- Liaise with management to keep your knowledge of new and existing business
- Keep up to date with current market conditions and competitors' products
- Monitor and report on performance
- Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations for client's field of business
- Work with underwriters to amend policies where necessary to meet client's demand
- Administrative duties as assigned
- Reporting to the Regional COO
Competencies & Qualifications:
- EPIC experience is a must
