Litigation Attorney (Non-Partnership Track) - Short Hills, NJ
Direct Counsel is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join a premier Litigation group at a top law firm. This non-partnership track position is based in Short Hills, NJ and offers a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex commercial litigation and product liability cases.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts.
• Conduct legal research, drafting, and case strategy development.
• Manage discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients on case matters.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active New Jersey Bar admission (required).
• 4-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation and product liability.
• Prior clerkship experience (state or federal) is a plus.
• Strong writing, research, and case management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
