Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and manage all project phases from initiation to completion.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing changes as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders and management.
• Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in commercial, educational, and municipal construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
