How you will contribute to our TEAM:
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial roofing projects.
    • Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.
    • Ensure that all projects adhere to quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
  • Operations Management:
    • Manage daily operations of the roofing division, including labor allocation, equipment, and material logistics.
    • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
    • Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Supervise and provide guidance to project managers, foremen, and roofing crews.
    • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a skilled and efficient workforce.
    • Promote a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and communication.
  • Safety and Compliance:
    • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulations.
    • Conduct safety audits and inspections to minimize risks and prevent accidents on job sites.
    • Ensure all team members are trained and equipped with the necessary safety gear and knowledge.
  • Client Relations:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns.
    • Provide regular project updates to clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Budget and Financial Management:
    • Monitor project budgets and ensure profitability by controlling costs and maximizing efficiency.
    • Prepare financial reports and projections for senior management.
    • Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for new projects.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure that all roofing work meets industry standards and company quality benchmarks.
    • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on completed work.
    • Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance service delivery and operational performance.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial roofing operations, preferably in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
  • Budgeting and financial management skills.
  • Ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
