The main role of the Commercial Strategy Analyst is to support category managers in commercial strategy. This position supports, coordinates, and follows up with other multifunctional departments on various requests, opportunities, and risks related to the retail sector.

• Salary scale 004: $71,200 to $89,000 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position).

What's involved in this role:

• Supporting the development of tools dedicated to sales teams.
• Acting as a super user of various systems and providing training to sales teams as needed.
• Collaborating on the development of pricing strategies in line with Agropur's target margins.
• Supporting account managers in selecting items that best meet the client's needs, based on format, production location, and desired distribution network.
• Acting as a support for communications between marketing and sales teams and assisting GTM (go-to-market) managers in initially assessing the feasibility of an opportunity.
• Uniformly communicating sales information (Launch, Discontinuation, Delisting).
• Maintaining the validation process for new sales contracts.

What you need to join our team:

• Bachelor's in business administration or in a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 (three) to 5 (five) years of relevant experience
• Solid experience in data visualization (e.g., Power BI/Tableau), Excel, and SQL.
• Research skills and experience with various data sources to extract relevant insights.
• Ability to easily resolve ambiguous situations, reduce complexity, and analyze data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Ability and interest in working in a constantly evolving environment.
• Intellectual curiosity and interest in technology.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, in both French and English.
