Commissioning Project Manager

As a Commissioning Project Manager working with the LotusWorks team, you will join our client site in the Datacenter Sector. This job is based in a cutting-edge facility in Leesburg, Virginia. In this role you will be responsible for the overseeing the commissioning activities for a major data center project.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams at our client site to inspect, test, and troubleshoot data center or building commissioning facilities and equipment.
• Take responsibility for identifying and coordinating all commissioning activities and reporting on them.
• Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) with client personnel and the Regional Manager
• Execute and oversee all aspects of the commissioning work.
• Develop and manage commissioning plans, test scripts, schedules, budgets, change orders, and summary reports.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams with full commissioning responsibility.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in commissioning plans, test scripts, schedules, budgets, change orders, and summary reports.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams with full commissioning responsibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Strong technical background in data center/building commissioning facilities and equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the commissioning process.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

Education / Licenses / Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred
