Job Description:
As Companion Diagnostics Program Coordinator, you will support the commercial planning and execution of diagnostic strategies that align with precision therapies. This position will play an integral role in supporting the logistics, communications, and data elements associated with global diagnostic partnerships and internal program milestones.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with process management for diagnostic program timelines, meeting scheduling, and internal documentation.
• Support coordination of review/approval workflows for promotional and educational content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical affairs, regulatory, and market access.
• Help manage external vendor relationships and track contract deliverables and performance metrics.
• Compile data sets and prepare slides/presentations for leadership communications.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in pharma operations, preferably in a diagnostics or oncology-focused business unit.
• Proven success in a project coordinator or program specialist capacity.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with industry-standard project tracking systems and regulatory review workflows.
• High-level proficiency with MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
