Responsibilities:
- Compensation and Benefits Strategy: Develop and implement a pay for performance and 360-degree health strategy that supports the attraction, retention, and engagement of top talent.
- Compensation Management: Lead the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and recognition programs.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee the management and administration of team member benefits programs, including health, dental, vision and wellness initiatives.
- Leave Management: Develop and administer policies and procedures related to leave management, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
- Compliance and Governance: Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and mitigate risks related to compensation and benefits.
- Vendor Management: Partner with external vendors and consultants to optimize service delivery and maximize the value of outsourced programs and services.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze key metrics and trends to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to total rewards initiatives, ensuring effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Culture and Engagement: Foster a culture of wellness, inclusivity, and engagement by promoting our value of 360-degree health and providing resources and support for team members' personal and professional growth.
- HRIS Support: Provide support to optimize the system to support compensation and benefits execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or other relevant certifications preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in total rewards management, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, benefits administration, HRIS systems, and leave management practices.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
