Overview
The Compensation Consultant participates in compensation program design, compensation plan management, and compensation evaluation and analysis. Working under general supervision, this role is responsible for supporting management in developing and administering effective compensation programs in accordance with the organization's reward strategy.
Talent Pool: Corporate Services/Professional
Responsibilities
Helps complete local, statewide, and national surveys and analyzes results in order to make compensation recommendations.
Assists with the administration of the job description module and performs job description audits to ensure their accuracy.
Analyzes compensation programs to verify that they are implemented and administered consistently and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Supports the talent acquisition team with salary adjustments for transfers and promotions to ensure compensation is fair, consistent, and aligns with business goals.
Assists with merit increase process, executive compensation review, and other large-scale processes such as market adjustment to ensure compensation is aligned with company objectives.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
EDUCATION:Required: Bachelor's Degree
EXPERIENCE:Required: 3 years of related experience
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
