Your mission is to enable the generation of sustainable financial value through competitor equipment parts and service business.
You will manage the VTS Divisional P+ team, comprising of engineering & technical support, product management, purchasing and communication roles. With the goal to create, innovate and accelerate our competitor servicing capability by developing the needed product portfolio and supply chain strategy, driving profitable business.
Your engagement and support of customer centers around the world, P+ sales channels and others, will ensure a successful business development and growth approach.
Main Responsibilities:
Enable the 3 key facets of the P+ strategy: 1- Focus on core, by supporting and supplying brands & pumps with the highest potential; 2- Actively source and localize high movers to ensure competitiveness and profitability; 3- Focus on sourcing and selectively reverse engineering where fitting of the overall strategy
Responsibility of the business growth of competitor parts and service business development with a profitable growth approach
Engage, develop and support the divisional team to best execute in their roles and responsibilities
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the competitor service business, for both manufacturer and 3rd party service providers to, in line with the customer centers and sales channels, elaborate the most effective strategy to penetrate the market
Improve supply chain to ensure business competitiveness and availability in line with market demand and expectations
Cooperate with the divisional Product Marketing Managers to contribute to the VT business development
Identify the appropriate governance and source of information, internal and external, with the objective to define and prioritize the "New Product Development" projects
Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

Other requirements:
o Location preference: Buffalo/Niagara, USA- other locations may be considered
o Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to deliver messages to stakeholders at different levels inside and outside of the organization
o Moderate other travel anticipated

- A degree in Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Business Management or equivalent relevant experience is required
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience with global roles, preferably with focus on parts business or service business and additional product management experience would be an asset
