About the Role:

As part of our strong year-on-year growth trajectory, we are looking for an agile, motivated, results-focused individual to lead our Compliance team. This role will be critical to us scaling our compliance operations and will work cross functionally to ensure our surveys and call projects meet client compliance, ensuring no MNPI or other financial compliance issues.

In this role you will:
  • Manage our compliance team and processes
  • Communicate with clients regarding compliance processes and issues
  • Review and edit surveys and survey data, screen for any MNPI and other financial compliance issues
  • Implement, manage, and execute best practice compliance processes and tools
  • Prepare compliance reports
  • Get involved in the operations, business, and tech side of the content creation and curation process
  • Work truly cross functionally across the company - from Client Delivery, Marketing, Sales, Content, through to Product and Engineering
  • Learn a lot


Who you are:

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with either compliance, legal / paralegal experience, or management experience who is looking to gain more business experience, enjoys conducting research, building out processes, and wants to be part of a dynamic, high-growth start-up.

  • 5+ years of work experience where you've managed processes / people
  • Organized, process-driven, results-oriented
  • Fast learner and adaptable to feedback as well as to change
  • Comfortable with deadlines and works well under pressure
  • A creative problem-solver, can think outside the box and support your team in doing the same
  • Inquisitive about business, regulations, and compliance
  • Excellent communicator and a clear writer
  • Proficient with Excel and/or Google Sheets,, tech savvy
  • Independent and efficient in your work, while being team oriented and collaborative
  • Have a bachelor's degree or greater
  • Experience in compliance and/or financial services is a plus
