BAE Systems is seeking an analyst to join the Government Compliance team within the Finance organization. Along with ad hoc projects, you will:
- Support financial and operational audits by examining accounting records
- Perform analyses of compliance matters
- Analyze transactional data
- Support compilation of the annual incurred cost submission
- Respond to requests for information from DCMA, DCAA and internal and/or external customers.
Required Skills and Education
- A bachelor's degree is required
- Strong experience in Government Contracting Finance or Accounting
- Strong analytical skills and above-average Microsoft Suite skills, especially Excel
- Able to gain an understanding of the business process to drive solutions for improvements
- Able to exercise discretion and independent judgement
- Excellent planning, time management, organization and presentation skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
