Description:
TACG is seeking a Compliance/Audit Readiness SME to support Acquisition Business Systems Program Office responses to external and internal audits for compliance within the following realms of audit. Perform a wide variety of analysis on the composition related to Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) Information Technology (IT) efforts to meet the congressional mandate of achieving fully auditable financial and information assurance documentation. Support System Security/Security Information and Event Management (SS/SIEM) efforts. Perform a wide variety of analysis on program documentation to enable audit readiness. Analyze internal controls and test plans to support internal test work in preparation for information assurance-related audits. Support internal control and substantive testing of business processes and programmatic documentation. Liaise with customer stakeholders and subject matter professionals. This position is in Dayton, OH.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Provide expertise to support various DAF and SAF/FM/AA IT System Audits, including but not limited to:
- Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) Information Technology (IT)
- Standard Financial Information Structure (SFIS)
- Federal Financial Management Improvement Act (FFMIA)
- Statement of Federal Financial Accounting Standards (SFFAS)
- System Security (SS)
- Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
- Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM)
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and system communities to maintain and provide complete, reliable, consistent, and timely information which is prepared on a uniform basis
- Prepare systems documentation to include narratives, risk assessments, and internal control worksheets documenting processes, risk control activities, IT general computer controls for significant systems, applications or micro-applications, system certifications/accreditations, system and end user locations, and systems documentation locations
- Collaborate with the Program Management Office accordingly to support and resolve audit issues, assess business systems, and develop, implement, and sustain corrective action plans
Essential Job Requirements:
- Clearance:
- Secret
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Required Knowledge/Experience:
- 3+ years of experience with auditing
- 3 years of FIAR IT experience and knowledge of other audit areas listed under Responsibilities
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of information assurance processes and procedures, relative to Defense Business Systems
- Experience with business system audits, including knowledge of Access Controls and Configuration Management
- Knowledge of DoD management practices or business processes preferred
- Ability to integrate various types of information to create whole documents relevant to audit area being questioned
- Ability to excel in a culture with a high degree of ambiguity
- Possession of excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
