Computer Systems Analyst - Senior

Job Description:

CAN BE REMOTE
Experience supporting applications, application data, and application users
Provide user support via telephone and on-line support using MS Teams and other remote software
Working knowledge using Windows 10/11 Windows Server 2012/2016/2022
Working knowledge using Red Hat Linux 7/8/9
Knowledge of cloud services AWS/Azure
Understanding group policies and group policy implementations
Install, configure and troubleshoot network and client software
Configure and troubleshoot hardware issues
Provide software application training
Understand and interpret security directives and protocols
Functional knowledge of database management
Preparing work completion status reports

Required Skills and Experiences:
Certifications: CCNA-Security, CySA , GICSP, GSEC, Security CE, CND, SSCP

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited institution in mathematics, computer science, one of the physical sciences, engineering or a closely-related scientific discipline is highly desired.

Associates degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Or
10 years of experience.
