Overview
Helios Defense Solutions LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, is seeking multiple highly motivated and qualified Computer Systems Analysts immediately on a contract basis to support U.S. STRATCOM at Offutt AFB, NE.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for advising and assisting the Government in optimizing the use of IT; researching, analyzing, and documenting CCMD intelligence IT requirements; assisting in developing advanced concepts and activities associated with the management of technical programs; business processes; and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) needed to drive Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership and Education, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) improvements; assisting the government in creation and modification of OPLANS related to IT; ensuring key processes and procedures, as determined by the Government, are fully
documented, adhered to, and improved upon.
Requirements
- Be a U.S. Citizen
- Hold an active Top Secret clearance
- Possess at a minimum a current DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification or current DoD 8140 certification.
- Possess at least five (5) years of relevant experience with and/or education in data automation, data visualization, and application development.
- Possess at least five (5) years of relevant experience with and/or education in CCMD and DoD Intelligence, and communication business process analysis and integration.
- Possess at least five (5) years of relevant experience with and/or education in CCMD and DoD processes for development, integration, and acquisition of intelligence and related technical capabilities.
- Possess at least five (5) years of relevant experience with and/or education developing and supporting efforts that require automation or application development.
- Possess at least five (5) years of relevant experience with and/or education using a container solution (i.e. OpenShift) in both Cloud and on-premises architecture.
Pay Range:
The salary for this position is not 100% guaranteed.
