Computer User Support Specialists, Senior with Security Clearance

Must be U.S. Citizen Clearance Required: SECRET Required Education: MA/MS degree Allowable Substitution: Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree. Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree. Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree. Required Experience: Ten (10) years of experience performing duties described in the description. Desired Experience: Thorough knowledge of Microsoft system suites. Description: Provide technical assistance to computer users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems. Provide conference room support including supporting the set up/operation of audiovisuals, (VTC) and teleconferencing; and Microsoft TEAMS meetings setup. Responsible for processing SAAR-N forms.
