Who We Are
We prioritize jobsite safety, adhere to deadlines, and exhibit a high level of professionalism. We have been continuously expanding since 2004 and now offer concrete contracting on a bigger and more diverse basis. We fall into one of three categories: concrete repair and restoration, civil concrete services, or conventional concrete services. The majority of our clients from 2004 still use our services, we continue to complete small tasks as needed, and we continue to deliver high-quality work on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate concrete projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Supervise construction crews and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and address concerns.
• Prepare and submit project documentation, including reports, change orders, and invoices.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of work.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in concrete construction or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of concrete restoration and foundation work.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
