What You Will Be Doing

The Construction Division Manager is responsible for Managing the Construction and Services Teams while owning Client/Partner Relationships. Assist when needed in the field/jobsites(up to 10%) in the pre-construction process and helps team finish projects on time within budget. Use expertise within the construction industry, safety best practices, and communicate with teammates, management and clients accordingly.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years Management Experience as a Director/Division Manager, Superintendent, Project Manager, Operations, etc. - Required
• 5+ years Construction/Electrical Experience - Required
• Data Center Construction Experience - Required
• College Degree and/or Relevant Certificates such as NETA/NICET - Bonus Points
