This position is responsible for executing the demolition and site preparation construction activities that will prepare the former Automotive Catalyst facilities for CMO installation.

What you will be doing
This position is responsible for executing the demolition and site preparation construction activities that will prepare the former Automotive Catalyst facilities for CMO installation.
- Manage Onsite Construction Activities (Vendor scheduling, Change Management, EHS standards, LOTO, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and manage repair projects.
- Commission new systems
- Prepare progress and budget adherence reports
- Maintain the facility's cleanliness in accordance with established visual and lean methods
Who we are looking for
Education:
- BS degree in Construction Management or Engineering
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience
- Construction Management
- Knowledge of Relevant Standards - NFPA, OSHA, ISO
- Computer skills : Office, SAP

- The ability to interact with various levels of people within the Plant and Contractors
