We are currently seeking a Construction Manager to join our dynamic team. As an integral member of the team, you are responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and productive delivery of projects assigned. Responsibility includes working on a project site between Moosejaw and Regina, Saskatchewan providing construction management direction in order to meet the project objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate site construction activities
• Liaise with General Contractor, Engineering Contractors, Site Operations, and Owner Project Management Team

• Detect and report unsafe and/or unhealthy working conditions, provide training support, and ensure compliance with the Saskatchewan Act and Regulations.

• Ensure contractor schedule, quality and budget targets are met
• Supports Owner Project Management Team by providing quality, schedule, and cost reports as directed by Project Manager
• Manages and communicates a clear vision of the project's objectives and motivates the project team to achieve them
• Analyzes and communicates risks, establishes and manages contingency plans for project to the Owner Project Management Team, and makes recommendations where needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 15 years of work experience in a similar role, as construction supervisor in an O&G Facility
• Progressively senior experience in the management of medium to heavy multidisciplinary construction projects
• Strong understanding of WorkSafe Saskatchewan regulations is required
• A comprehensive knowledge of construction management practices and principles
• Demonstrated experience in construction inspection, administration, documentation, and management of a multidisciplinary field staff
• Proven team player with the skills and ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office software

Salary is based on an average of 50 hours a week. The competitive salary will be based on skills and experience.
