Construction Manager

Details:

We are actively seeking a qualified Construction Manager for a water treatment municipal project in Sacramento, California. In this critical role, you will oversee and manage subcontractors and customer, ensuring they meet all quality standards, regulatory requirements, and project timelines. This is a onsite role.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Under general direction, technically manages quality projects or major phases of significant quality projects, coordinating the efforts of technical support staff in the performance of assigned project.
• Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge to the completion of significant quality assignments.
• Provides leadership for quality assurance and quality control support on assigned program(s) and/or areas to ensure that the project is designed, procured and installed in accordance with customer and company quality requirements.
• Provides leadership for new systems, development, proposals, implementation, procedures and any related quality activity.
• Analyzes, evaluates and plans methods of approach, as well as organizes means to achieve solution of complex technical problems.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Valid driver's license that allows you to drive during the course of your employment
• Excellent communications and positive culture attitude - solutions based
• Ability to work with multiple subcontractors and provide daily reports to company Project Manager and ownership.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in construction related QA/QC on Water/Wastewater projects
