Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is required. An advanced degree is helpful. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
A minimum of eight (8) years related construction project management experience is strongly desired out of which minimum of two (2) years in Food & Beverage manufacturing setup.
Demonstrated success working on medium to large industrial / manufacturing / factory projects with a construction value in excess of $15M.
Strong working knowledge to manage construction in Wisconsin state.
Strong working knowledge of food safety considerations while working adjacent to food production lines.
OSHA and Construction Safety. Must be able to accurately review, understand and evaluate drawings and specifications, as well as troubleshoot potential problems.
Consistently perform construction estimating and evaluate construction methods and schedules. An extensive background successfully utilizing multiple delivery methods is desired.
Must possess proficient oral and written communication and presentation skills and be able to communicate effectively with wide variety of people with diverse background of all levels and disciplines.
Must be able to develop and maintain positive, cooperative, team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers, clients and others in contact with the job.
Able to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Project, MS Teams
Requires knowledge of current national and local building codes and regulations.
