Primary Responsibilities:
- Contribute actively to monthly cost reporting and project control meetings
- Ensure timely processing of pay requests, cost tracking, and reporting in alignment with established project controls
- Expedite materials to maintain project timelines
- Serve as a key liaison between clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Coordinate and distribute critical project documentation from stakeholders to subcontractors
- Review, track, and approve subcontractor submittals
- Manage electronic documentation processes, including RFIs and official correspondence
- Secure required permits and collaborate with the Project Manager on associated costs and renewals
- Support business development by identifying client needs, aligning project opportunities, and communicating service value

Skills & Qualifications:
- Support preconstruction planning and subcontractor engagement
- Assist with implementing quality plans during preconstruction
- Coordinate with city officials and inspectors as required
- Handle general office responsibilities as needed
- Proven ability to set measurable goals and manage performance expectations
- Strong team-building and collaboration skills
- Understanding of financial principles, profitability, and customer satisfaction strategies
- Skilled communicator, both verbal and written, across complex or sensitive topics
- OSHA 10 certification preferred, with the goal of obtaining OSHA 30 within one year
- Ability to review construction drawings for accuracy and feasibility
- Technological proficiency with tools including MS Office 365, Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, Zoom, Revit, and Assemble
- Basic knowledge of construction accounting software (e.g., Foundation or equivalent)
- Familiar with financial reporting, planning, and controls
- Strong sense of discretion, confidentiality, and dependability
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 6 years of construction industry experience, ideally on projects ranging from $20M to $50M
- Practical knowledge of construction law and industry-standard business practices
- Valid driver's license required
