BNW Services is working with a leading construction firm seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a background in MEP, Electrical, or General Contracting. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of project management experience and mission-critical/data center expertise.
This role is a career-defining opportunity to work with an industry leader in offsite manufactured solutions, modular power systems, and large-scale MEP projects. The company is actively expanding and managing projects valued at $100M-$200M, offering a dynamic and high-growth environment.

Qualifications & Experience:
8-10 years of project management experience within a GC, EC, or MEP firm.
Experience with data centers, mission-critical, or industrial manufacturing projects.
Familiarity with modular/offsite construction solutions.
Strong understanding of MEP systems, UPS power modules, and industrial electrical components.
Ability to lead teams, manage customer expectations, and drive complex projects.
Willing to relocate for the right opportunity.
Track record of job stability and successful project delivery.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Execution:
- Oversee data center and mission-critical construction projects from planning through completion.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality, on-schedule projects.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Provide technical oversight and guidance for modular power and MEP systems.
Customer & Team Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions and technical discussions.
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing complex industrial and modular construction projects.
- Communicate project updates, manage risks, and ensure seamless project execution.
Process Improvement & Innovation:
- Apply Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality in modular power solutions.
- Develop new processes, standards, and guidelines to optimize construction operations.
- Utilize advanced engineering and construction techniques to drive continuous improvement.
Financial & Contract Management:
- Manage project budgets, contracts, and change orders.
- Track financial performance and ensure projects meet profitability targets.
- Maintain cost control measures and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
