Description:

The Role:

In this permanent, full-time position, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle management of complex manufacturing equipment installations. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of large-scale manufacturing project installations, from pre-construction planning to final commissioning and handover.
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and vendors.
  • Oversee all project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical specifications.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and quality control procedures.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and contractors.
  • Travel as required to project sites throughout the US.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, preferably within the large-scale commercial construction or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, project management methodologies (e.g., PMP certification preferred), and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel is required.
