Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee mid-to-large-scale commercial construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, client engagement, and project coordination skills to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to streamline project execution.
- Oversee project scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management to optimize efficiency.
- Review and approve change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and contract specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to address challenges and maintain momentum.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record of managing projects valued at $15 million or more.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams.
- Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
