Construction Project Manager

You will be part of our strong Engineering and Construction Solutions team, managing projects from our Johnston, IA office.

Your future role

• Be the link between the company and customers
• Manage projects involving construction of industrial facilities and integration of industrial machinery
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Oversee projects from initiation to completion
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to keep projects on track
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions

Required skills

• At least 5 years of experience in construction project management
• Technical aptitude to relay issues regarding construction progress
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, AutoCAD)
• Strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges and unexpected obstacles
• General financial reporting and project cost analysis skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion to remain knowledgeable of industry best practices
