What You Bring:

Proven Experience: 5+ years in construction project management, preferably in multi-family housing.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of construction procedures, budgeting, scheduling, and safety standards.
Tech-Savvy Approach: Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Smartsheets, or similar).
Education & Certifications: Associate's degree in a construction-related field required; Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar preferred. OSHA 30 certification required.
