  • Mentor field staff, oversee craft training, and ensure efficient resource utilisation.
  • Conduct site audits and support commissioning/startup activities as needed.

    • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 7 years of project management experience in construction, with full lifecycle expertise.
    • Proven HVDC project experience and self-performing works (no subcontract-only management).
    • Strong P&L knowledge (estimating, invoicing, forecasting).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling and cost control software preferred.
    • Willingness to work in-office in Houston with occasional field visits to client sites.

    • Valid driver's licence and ability to meet company driving requirements.
Why Join Our Client?
  • Competitive Salary: $140k-$160k base (determined by direct experience), plus performance bonus.
  • Employee Ownership: Build wealth through the ESOP-many employees retire early with substantial stock value.
  • Robust Benefits: Medical, 401(k), 30 WFH days annually, and additional company perks.
