This role will position you as the primary focal point for facility improvement projects, representing our capabilities and contributing to the mission of solving complex challenges and advancing human discovery.
Your day to day contributions will include but are not limited to the following:
Leading and managing facility improvement projects, including renovations, expansions, and equipment installations, from conception to completion.
Developing comprehensive project plans, managing budgets and schedules, and coordinating effectively with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
Gathering and analyzing data regarding facility specifications, regulatory requirements, and construction feasibility to inform decision-making.
Collaborating with architecture and engineering firms to establish design criteria and prepare detailed layout drawings.
Preparing bid sheets and contracts for construction and facility acquisitions, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.
As a Facilities Engineer, you will play a crucial role in planning, designing, and overseeing the reconfiguration, maintenance, and enhancement of our facilities. Your work will directly impact the success of our organization
Conducting regular safety inspections, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring employee training on safety procedures.
Inspecting construction and installation progress, ensuring adherence to established designs, specifications, and timelines.
Serving as the "face" of Facilities, representing our department's capabilities and fostering strong relationships across the organization.
Required skills :
-Minimum 2 years of experience in Construction Project Management
-2 years of experience with Auto-Cad 2 Year
-2 years of experience with Microsoft Project
-Ability to read/interpret blueprints / use digital measuring devices
Level 2: BS+4-8 YRS or MS+2-6 YRS
