Job Description
We are looking for an individual who has experience in both new construction and interior renovations, including embassies, multi-family, commercial projects, and interior fit-outs. The Project Manager ensures projects are profitable and delivered on time, while building and maintaining good relationships with owners, vendors, and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
The construction work environment is fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and requires a high level of ownership for errors. The office and on-site culture is collaborative and teamwork-oriented, with everyone working closely together to meet deadlines efficiently while maintaining high-quality work. The role requires on-site presence as needed and in-office work as needed. The company offers a family/team feel, opportunities for growth and development in the industry, 2 weeks of PTO, and medical/dental benefit
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $115000.00/hr.

Job Description

The Project Manager ensures projects are profitable and delivered on time, while building and maintaining good relationships with owners, vendors, and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Liaise between owner, design team, and subcontractors.
- Ensure and confirm trade Scopes of Work (SOWs) are clear and accurate.
- Accurately forecast project profit.
- Produce project schedules.
- Coordinate directly with Superintendents on manpower needs, SOWs, and sequence of work.
- Administer contract obligations.
- Coach and mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
- Ensure subcontractors are paid on time for monies earned.

- 5 to 10 years of experience in project management
