Salary Range: $110K - $130K Permanent Position with Benefits
Akron / Cleveland, Ohio area Engineering Firm seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee large industrial and commercial construction projects.
REQUIREMENTS:

Akron / Cleveland, Ohio area Engineering Firm seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee large industrial and commercial construction projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in Civil / Structural and/or Construction Management with a minimum of (3) years of hands-on Construction Project Management for large Industrial and Commercial construction projects.
- Preferred Candidates would have experience with one or more of the following construction management software packages from planning to completion: Procore, Buildertrend, and Autodesk Construction Cloud, Fieldwire by Hilti, CoConstruct, and PlanGrid.
- Desired Candidates would have been exposed to different areas of construction, such as field management, collaboration, and document management.
- The Construction Project Manager will be representative for the company and have direct communication with our design team customers, contractors and owner supplied equipment vendors.
- Candidates must be capable of managing and growing client relationships ensuring that the customer expectations are achieved or exceeded.
- Candidates are responsible for manage the day to day operations, schedules the task, assigns the work, monitors the work, resolves issues, make revisions to the plan to achieve the final goal, enforce project standards and building codes, limit risk, manage budgets, track and report costs, and schedule construction team, vendor and client meetings
- Candidates are expected to Travel on a limited basis to the construction site.
